The following terms and conditions relate to the South African Tourism Big Agent Rewards incentive 2023/24.
The promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter (SA Tourism), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• Only one entry per booking, one additional entry for providing additional information for SA Tourism.
• Only bookings made that include a majority of South Africa rooms nights will be entered into the monthly prize draws and holiday prize draw.
• Bookings made from 1st September 2023 are valid for entry.
• The competition ends on 31st October 2023 at Midnight UK time.
• You must be a UK travel agent / tour operator only, employed by a licensed travel agency during the promotional period and at the time the prize will be rewarded.
• You must be 18 at the time of travel.
• The main prize includes two Trevor Noah tickets for his show on the 24th of November including an overnight stay in London.
•Second prize will be 2 cases of “Naked Wine” South African wine.
• No cash alternative is available for the holiday prize or monthly prizes.
• Once booked, no changes or amendments will be allowed.
• For the main prize, the lead guest must be the prize winner and individual t’s and c’s and redemption information will be communicated to the winner directly.
• The first round of the incentive will be drawn in November 2023. The winner will be contacted via email by SA Tourism only. The winner will be asked to show proof of their bookings by SA Tourism in order to claim their prize.
• The competition runs from 01 September 2023 and closes on 31st October 2023 (the “Promotional Period”). After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• You must answer all required data fields for a valid entry.
• Winners will be selected at random by SA Tourism.
• After you have been notified, you will have 14 days to accept the holiday prize otherwise SA Tourism reserve the right to select another winner.
• By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a Force Majeure; war, civil or military disturbance, epidemic, pandemic, act of God, act of Government or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
– The winner is determined by the agent that has achieved the most number of points during a calendar month by logging bookings on the Malta Big Agent Rewards Site http://bigmaltarewards.com/
– Additional points can be gained from fields marked on the webpage and these may change month to month; amount to be determined by the Malta Tourism Authority / Visit Malta
– A winner is then picked at end of each month whereupon all numbers will reset to zero for the start of the next calendar month.
If an “agent” is the winner two months in a row the prize will be passed down to the next “agent” with the highest score for the calendar month (no agent can win more than one place on the Malta Academy 2024)
– Only bookings from the UK and Ireland based passengers to The Maltese Islands will qualify.
– All bookings will be checked and corroborated by Visit Malta / The Malta Tourism Authority with a Tour Operator, hotel or other partner applicable to confirm validity.
– Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attached to the promoter as a result there of
– All winners will be contacted directly by a member of the team at Visit Malta / The Malta Tourism Authority
– Cruise bookings can be counted as long as one overnight stay is recorded within the sales itinerary in the Maltese Islands
– To qualify for a place on the Malta Academy 2024 the winner needs to be based in UK or Ireland, aged 18 and above and still be employed within a role selling holidays / trips to Malta when the Malta Academy takes place in 2024
– If the winner changes job roles or companies between the time of winning and Malta Academy 2024 – the Malta Tourism Authority have the right to withdraw the place from the individual.
– Provisional dates of Malta Academy 2024 are 15 – 18th March 2024 (Subject to change)
– The Malta Academy Trip place cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services
– All other costs including airline transfers, travel insurance, personal expenditure and other incidental expenses are not part of the prize.
– To qualify to win a Gastronomy / Goody Bags, the winner will need to be based in UK or Ireland and aged 18 and above
– Gastronomy / Goody bag winners will have their goody bag posted out to them within 30 days of winning via post (Full address details will be required by the winner)
– The Gastronomy / Goody bag cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services
– When the winner is contacted by the Maltese Tourism Authority, they must declare any known allergies or dietary requirements. The Maltese Tourism Authority is not held responsible for any reactions caused by undeclared allergies.
How to achieve points on the Visit Malta Rewards per booking logged
This promotion is only available to Big Agent Rewards members who have signed up to the Azamara Rewards incentive scheme (“Eligible Members”). See azamararewards.com for details on how to join Azamara Rewards.
Eligible Members making and claiming new Azamara Cruises bookings, created and booked between 17th April 2023 and 31st March 2024 (“Eligible Booking(s)”) will receive £10 per booking paid to members’ virtual Mastercard once the claim has been approved.
To claim, Members must simply upload details of their Eligible Booking to their Azamara Rewards account in the usual way via azamararewards.com during the promotion period. Once approved the funds will then be automatically added to the members account.
