The following terms and conditions relate to the Kenya Tourism Board Big Agent Rewards incentive 2026/27. Eligibility:

– The promotion is open to travel agents in the UK and Ireland, they must be the agent making the booking on the travellers behalf and be able to provide the booking details for verification.
– The promotion is open to travel agents registered on the Big Agent Rewards platform that maintain an active profile throughout the promotional period.
Entry Requirements:
– Bookings made from 30th January 2026 are valid for entry.
– Each confirmed booking will count as one (1) point.
– Completed full course on Magical Kenya Travel Specialist Program https://www.magicalkenyatravelspecialist.com/ will count as (1) point. You must log in with the same email address that you are using for Big Agent Rewards – if you already have an account in progress registered to a different email address, we request to have this amended. Upon completion, verification will be conducted by submitting the email confirmation received confirming successful completion.
– Kenya Tourism Board supports fair participation in all trade activity. Logged bookings must be verified with proof of booking before prizes are awarded. Spot checks will be completed throughout the promotional period – any participant found to be entering false information will be cautioned and Kenya Tourism Board reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be repeatedly submitting false or unverifiable entries.
Qualification for Prizes:
– Only bookings that contain at least minimum 3 Kenya room nights will be eligible for the Familiarization Trip Reward.
Promotional Period:
– The incentive period will run from 30th January 2026 until 31st January 2027 at Midnight UK time.- The incentive will feature 2 periods, the first running from 30th January 2026
until 31 October 2026 and then another from 1st November 2026 until 31 January, 2027.
Participant Criteria:
– Participants must be in UK and Ireland travel agents or tour operators employed by a licensed travel agency during the promotional period and at the time the prize will be rewarded.
Prizes:
– Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted by the winning agent. No substitutions will be permitted.
Incentive Structure
• £50 Amazon voucher to be awarded to the highest-ranking agent at the beginning of April 2026
• One (1) return flight ticket from London to Nairobi, Kenya to be awarded at the beginning of July 2026
• £100 Amazon voucher to be awarded to the highest-ranking agent at the beginning of October 2026
• One (1) fully hosted four-night stay in Kenya, in collaboration with KTB, to be awarded to the two (2) highest-ranking agents, who will participate together. Winners will be announced at the beginning of November 2026.
• Raffles and branded goodie bags to be awarded at the beginning of February 2027.
No Cash Alternative:
– No cash alternative is available for the prizes.
Booking Conditions:
– Once confirmed, no changes or amendments will be permitted for both the FAM trip prize and the flight ticket prize.
Winner Communication and Verification:
– Winners will be contacted via email by Kenya Tourism Board with the prize sponsor partner copied.

Claim Period:
– After notification, winners have 7 days to accept the prize; otherwise, Kenya Tourism Board reserves the right to select another winner, in the event of an Out of Office being received Kenya Tourism Board will make every effort to contact you via alternative methods – it is advisable to notify us via the 1-2-1 chat feature, if you will be travelling over the draw and claim period and provide alternative contact details.
Data Consent:
– By entering the incentive, entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for marketing and administration purposes.
– By entering the incentive, entrants consent to the sharing of non-personal, booking data with Kenya Tourism Board’s incentive partners for administration purposes.
– All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
– Marketing consent will be expressly sought as part of the entry mechanisms.
Force Majeure:
– Force Majeure includes but is not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
– The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a Force Majeure.
Notification of Changes:
– Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter

This promotion is only available to Big Agent Rewards members who have signed up to the Azamara Rewards incentive scheme (“Eligible Members”). See azamararewards.com for details on how to join Azamara Rewards.
Eligible Members making and claiming new Azamara Cruises bookings, created and booked between 1st January 2026 & 28th February 2026 (“Eligible Booking(s)”) will receive £20 per booking instead of the standard amount provided under the Azamara Rewards incentive, paid to members’ virtual Mastercard card once the claim has been approved.
Eligible members claiming in the Republic of Ireland, will receive £20 per booking converted into EUR (€) on their virtual Mastercard.
