Incentive dates: 5 May – 2 June 2025 (28 days)
Incentive Reward Payments: Agents to receive a £28 reward payment per qualifying booking registered through Travel Gossip Big Agent Rewards.
Incentive Prize Draw: All qualifying registered bookings made to our top 10 destinations will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win 1 of 3 free (FOC) spaces on an Intrepid trip.
FOC prize Travel dates: 1 July 2025 – 31 March 2026 (Excludes travel between 15 December 2025 – 16 Jan 2026)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Entry:
All new bookings of 7 nights or more will qualify for a £28 cash incentive when registered through Travel Gossip Big Agent Rewards.
All bookings must be registered before 23:59 on 2 June 2025 to count as an entry to the incentive.
All qualifying bookings made to one of our top 10 destinations will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win 1 of 3 free (FOC) spaces on an Intrepid Small Group Adventure. All bookings must be entered through the Travel Gossip Big Agent Rewards. form to be included in the prize draw. The top 10 qualifying destinations are:
India
Morocco
Peru
Japan
Turkey
Vietnam
Tanzania
Costa Rica
Italy
Egypt
Rebooks and change of dates will not count towards the incentive. It must be new bookings held and confirmed during the incentive period.
Intrepid reserves the right to change or withdraw the incentive at our own discretion at any time.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Reward Payments:
The £28 reward payments are tax free, and unlimited during the incentive period.
Only eligible bookings meeting the above criteria will qualify for the reward payment.
Payments will be made in line with Travel Gossip Big Agent Reward Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Prize Draw:
The prize is a free-of-charge (FOC) trip valued at up to £1,000, exclusively for Travel Agents.
This amount can be used towards an Intrepid Travel trip of the winners choice.
The following exclusions apply:
Select Australia trips operated by KEW, ATA or JOOB: PKBB-B, PKBL-B, PKOL-B,
Polar trips in Antarctica and the Arctic, including the following trips operated by
Adventure Canada: SBKG, SBKH, SBKO, SBKW;
Short-Break Adventures (excluding XMHA);
Tailor-Made Experiences;
Urban Adventures;
Three winners will be selected and will be notified by 16 June 2025.
The prize must be redeemed by 31 July 2025 and the Travel Agent must travel between 1
July 2025 – 31 March 2026 (excluding travel between 15 December 2025 – 16 January 2026)
The maximum discount is £1000. If a trip is below this amount, then the remaining amount cannot be carried over. If the trip is above £1000 you will be asked to pay the difference.
Not included in the Intrepid prize is flights, travel insurance, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the itinerary, spending money or any travel visas required.
The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the booking to be confirmed on their requested date.
The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person, trip or redeemable for cash.
The winner must book the Intrepid prize directly with the Promoter by calling 0808 274 5111 and quoting the winning promo code which will be sent to the winner.

Intrepid reserves the right to change the trip at our own discretion if necessary.
To qualify for entry into the prize draw, participants must have completed www.orlandotravelacademy.com. Once qualified, every booking you make to Orlando will represent an entry into the prize draw.
Bookings made from 1st April 2025 to 30th Jume 2025 are valid for entry.
A prize draw will be made after the 30th June 2024. The prize draw will consist of FOUR winners – one person winning a place on a 2026 Orlando fam trip and three people each winning a GBP50 shopping voucher.
Each booking made which includes at least 3 nights’ accommodation in “Orlando” will earn the agent one entry to that month’s prize draw
“Orlando” is defined as within the boundary of Orlando, Orange County, Florida (eg bookings to villa/private home accommodation in Kissimmee / Davenport / Osceola County do not qualify). Cruise & Stay bookings can be counted as long as at least three overnight stays is recorded within the sales itinerary in “Orlando”

You must be a UK travel agent / tour operator only, employed by a licensed travel agency during the promotional period and at the time the prize will be rewarded.
A winner is drawn at end of each period whereupon all numbers will reset to zero for the start of the next calendar month.
Only bookings from UK and Ireland based passengers to Orlando will qualify.
Graduation from Orlando Travel Academy, plus all bookings will be checked and corroborated by Visit Orlando, where applicable with the Tour Operator, hotel or other partner applicable to confirm validity.
Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attached to the promoter as a result thereof.

Qualification for Prizes:
-Only bookings that predominantly include South Africa room nights will be eligible for the monthly prize draws and the holiday prize draw.
Promotional Period:
-The competition ends on 31st March 2025 at Midnight UK time.
Participant Criteria:
-Participants must be UK travel agents or tour operators employed by a licensed travel agency during the promotional period and at the time the prize will be rewarded.
Prizes:
-The main prize includes two return flights with Norse Atlantic Airways.
-The bonus prizes consist of one of 2 cases of “Naked Wine” South African wine and one of 10 x £30 Nando’s vouchers.
No Cash Alternative:
-No cash alternative is available for the holiday prize or monthly prizes.
Booking Conditions:
– Flights must be booked for dates between November and March, excluding the period from 16th December to 4th January.
-Once booked, no changes or amendments will be allowed.
Winner Communication and Verification:
-The first round of the incentive will be drawn in April 2025.
-Winners will be contacted via email by SA Tourism only.
-Proof of bookings will be required to claim the prize.
Additional Draw Information:
-The competition runs from 01 January 2025 to 31st March 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
-All required data fields must be answered for a valid entry.
-Winners will be selected at random by SA Tourism.
Claim Period:
-After notification, winners have 14 days to accept the holiday prize; otherwise, SA Tourism reserves the right to select another winner.
Data Consent:
-By entering, entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for administration purposes.
-All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
Force Majeure:
-The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a Force Majeure.
Notification of Changes:
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter
– The winner is determined by the agent that has achieved the greatest number of points during a calendar month by logging bookings on the Malta Big Agent Rewards Site http://bigmaltarewards.com/
– Additional points can be gained from fields marked on the webpage and these may change month to month; amount to be determined by the Malta Tourism Authority / Visit Malta
– A winner is then picked at end of each month whereupon all numbers will reset to zero for the start of the next calendar month.
If an “agent” is the winner two months in a row the prize will be passed down to the next “agent” with the highest score for the calendar month.
– Only bookings from the UK and Ireland based passengers to The Maltese Islands will qualify.

Eligible Members making and claiming new Azamara Cruises bookings, created and booked between 1st May 2025 and 31st December 2025 (“Eligible Booking(s)”) will receive £10 per booking paid to members’ virtual Mastercard once the claim has been approved.
Eligible members claiming in the Republic of Ireland, will receive £10 per booking converted into EUR (€) on their virtual Mastercard.
To claim, Members must simply upload details of their Eligible Booking to their Azamara Rewards account in the usual way via azamararewards.com during the promotion period. Once approved the funds will then be automatically added to the members account.
Eligible Members must submit their bookings within 40 days of booking creation date to qualify.
If during this promotion period Azamara Rewards offer an uplift, they will not be combinable and the higher amount under this promotion or any alternative promotion will be rewarded. For the avoidance of doubt, promotion benefits are not cumulative.
Eligible Members must allow up to 10-working days for any claim to be approved. This includes on-board or group bookings.
Once the claim has been approved on Azamara Rewards, Eligible Members must “Request Payout” within 6 months of submitting the claim for the reward to be paid to their virtual Mastercard.
Azamara Rewards accepts no responsibility for any claims by Eligible Members for Eligible Bookings that have not been received.
In the event that Azamara Rewards reasonably suspects any fraud or action conducted in bad faith with the aim of manipulating the system or promotion, Azamara Rewards reserves the right to immediately remove any claims or additional funds at any time or terminate the membership of an Azamara Rewards member with immediate effect.
